Terms and Conditions for Holistic Nurse Coach Offerings: Self-Care Sessions

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your participation in the self-care sessions offered by Hope With Kelly LLC. By signing up for these sessions, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Session Structure

Self-care sessions are conducted via Zoom and last approximately 45-60 minutes.
Each session will include relaxation techniques, discussions on self-care themes, and holistic stress-relief practices.
Please note: These sessions are not a substitute for professional therapy, nursing, or medical care. They are designed for educational and informational purposes only and do not involve medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic interventions.
Recording Notice: Sessions will be recorded for the benefit of participants who cannot attend live. By joining the sessions, you consent to being recorded.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Individual self-care sessions are priced at $15 each.
Membership through Patreon is $44 per month, granting access to all scheduled sessions and additional resources.
Payments are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a session credit.

4. Membership Benefits
Patreon members will receive:

Access to all weekly self-care sessions.
Recordings of sessions for later viewing.
Monthly group Q&A sessions.
Participation in community chats.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential.
Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of others and not disclose any personal information shared during the sessions.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to create a supportive and respectful environment.
Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hope With Kelly LLC shall not be liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in the self-care sessions.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved.

8. Amendments

Hope With Kelly LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of CA.
